# Dock ligand 1ot7 to Farnesoid X nuclear receptor (FXR)

Which are the active residues in order to setup the HADDOCK server properly?

In short, the ligand is usually defined as active and the pocket of the receptor as active/passive in it0/it1 & water, respectively. The pocket itself depends, it’s up to you to define.
