# DisVis server down April 2024

Hi,

I am trying to run some DisVis predictions but they have not finished for several days now. This makes me think that the server is down.

Is this the case?

Thank you for restarting it. It worked. I am running DisVis today and it seems to be down again. Could you please check it?

There was a small issue with the backend.

I have just applied a fix, could you please try again?
