Hello,
Standard analysis performed by haddock, gives several output files regarding the distance restraints violation analysis, such as _print\_dist\_noe.out_ and _print\_noe\_unambig.out_. I was wondering if I can access and read those files, because the final output of restraints violation energy does not give me any information about which restraints where violated.

Thanks

The data can be found in the `structures/it1/water/analysis` directory if you run locally (or download the full archive of the run from the server).

Note that those files are only generated if you selected full analysis on the 2.4 server.
