# Can anyone assist in why this file will not run on haddock

I ran this file, and Haddock accepted it, but it failed during the running of the program. I am not sure what is wrong with the file. The error message read:  
Error in the topology generation: prot\_psf\_mol1 could not be created

Hi,

could you attach the PDB file? there is an error in the topology generation, so something must be wrong in the input file.

check also this resource for the correct PDB formatting [PDB format - Plouf](https://cupnet.net/pdb-format/)
