# ARCTIC-3d is not working

Hello, I have been trying to use ARCTIC-3D, but every time I try, I get an error message:

Command line version?

You seem to have a network issue looking at the log.

Did you try the web server?

The server is functional - just tested with another protein. It seems your particular request fails.
