# Analysis HDDOCK .stat file results

I just wanted to know each parameter i am geeting in".stat" file after docking is representing what?

But then how i can comment on binding energy of Protein and DNA ? I have WT and mutant Protein, i was actually comparing dH between them. it will be correct interepretation right? I understand in previous discussion you have mentioned that you are not commenting on binding . but what will be other factors which will help me to decide if mutation in specfic position affecting protein’s function(binding DNA).

You can compare the HADDOCK scores, but these are just scores on not binding affinities.
