# Active residues selections

It seems that in EASY access level, it is necessary to specify the active residues for protein-protein docking.  
If I do not have any extra information, what should I do?  
I am not quite sure how I can request a higher level.  
I think I checked all items on the profile page.  
Any help will be appreciated.
