How to compare these values in different clusters. Is the lower the energy value the better?
HADDOCK score -158.3 +/- 1.7
Cluster size 32
RMSD from the overall lowest-energy structure 2.8 +/- 0.1
Van der Waals energy -64.4 +/- 4.5
Electrostatic energy -365.2 +/- 38.1
Desolvation energy -25.9 +/- 3.6
Restraints violation energy 51.4 +/- 16.60
Buried Surface Area 1761.4 +/- 111.1
Z-Score -1.6

Hello,

For energy values, the lower the better indeed.
The different values are the average of the best 4 models (with respect to the HADDOCK score) of a cluster.

Do not hesitate if you have other questions,

Mikael
